We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. This is a temporary position for Filipino nationals with the opportunity for visa sponsorship and accommodation provided. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests and arrange transportation if needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with luggage handling if needed

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred due to visa sponsorship availability
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.
