Machine Learning Engineer
We are hiring for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Conduct data analysis and identify patterns and trends
- Implement code changes to improve model performance
- Test and validate models using real-world data
- Deploy models into production systems
- Monitor model performance and make updates as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with data preprocessing techniques and tools
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
