As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional websites for our clients. Your main role will be to assist the senior web designer in implementing design concepts and creating digital assets that align with our clients' brand identity. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the websites are user-friendly and responsive across different devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior web designer in creating website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the website designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in web design.
- Create digital assets including images, icons, and banners for use on websites.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on websites to ensure they meet client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in graphic or web design is preferred.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.
