Industrial Architect

The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, with a focus on industrial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Design industrial buildings and structures in accordance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Create detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Evaluate potential construction sites and make recommendations based on accessibility, cost, and environmental impact
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Location: This is a contract job located in Funchal. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Funchal.

Salary: $1200 per month.
