Excavator Operator

We are hiring a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Faro! As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating excavators to complete various construction and excavation projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other required structures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Use GPS and other technology to accurately track and record work progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction or excavation setting
- Valid operating license and certifications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills

Preference:
- Experience operating different types of excavators
- Familiarity with local excavation laws and regulations
- Familiarity with GPS technology
