We are a well-established automotive repair shop in Sharjah seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods for repairing or replacing damaged parts
- Use various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, sanders, and body filler to repair damaged areas
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized equipment
- Replace damaged panels or sections of vehicle bodies
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle's exterior
- Keep track of all repair work and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or certification in auto body repair preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Proficiency in welding, painting, and body filler application
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Kenyan nationality preferred

Salary:
1100$ per month (tax-free) plus commission on completed repairs.
