Head Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads for our menu
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise pastry staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items and seasonal specials
- Keep up-to-date with current food trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $1800 per month
