Experienced Glazier for Immediate Hire in Bergen

We are a reputable construction company in Bergen and we are urgently seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing glass in various structures, such as windows, doors, and skylights. You will also be required to repair and replace damaged glass.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Glazier
- Proficient in cutting and fitting glass to specific measurements
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy glass panels
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Norway (preferably Norwegian or EU nationality)

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install glass panels according to specifications
- Secure glass using putty, rubber gaskets, or metal clips
- Install weather-stripping or other seals around edges of glass panels to prevent air or water leaks
- Repair or replace damaged glass panels using appropriate tools and techniques
- Assist with the fabrication of custom-made glass products if necessary
- Follow all safety procedures while handling and installing glass panels

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per week for this position. You will also be provided with accommodation near our worksite in Bergen.
