Commercial Architect

We are in search of an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project adheres to design plans and meets quality standards
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance on any necessary changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
