Entry-Level Merchandiser

The Entry-Level Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for our company. This role is based in Herning, Denmark and offers a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing merchandising plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotions are aligned with brand strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Participate in product development meetings to provide input on design, packaging, and pricing
- Help maintain visual standards in retail stores by ensuring product placement is visually appealing and consistent with brand image
- Create reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
- Currently enrolled as a student or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. marketing, fashion merchandising)
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Fluent in Danish language (both written and spoken)
