Office Manager


As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our office in Faroe Islands. You will work closely with all departments to ensure smooth functioning of the office and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Maintain filing systems and database records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
- Oversee budget and expenses for the office

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding employment

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)
Location: Faroe Islands (open to candidates of any nationality)
