Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Aalborg, Denmark

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Aalborg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. As an Architectural Technologist, you must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed models and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Identify any potential issues or conflicts in the design process and develop solutions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization skills

This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. We offer competitive compensation of 1200$ per week. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
