Industrial Architect - Remish, India


We are hiring an industrial architect to join our team in Remish, India. As an industrial architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the layout of industrial buildings, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and other professionals to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design proposals
- Create detailed drawings of building plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the design
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in all designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise drawings
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor required for construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial or commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
