Machine Learning Engineer



We are hiring a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to develop and deploy machine learning solutions that will drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various business use cases
- Collaborate with data scientists to gather requirements and understand the problem at hand
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
- Train, test, validate and deploy machine learning models
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization
- Continuously research new techniques and methods in the field of machine learning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proficient in SQL databases and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
