Database Administrator


We are a fast-growing company in need of a Database Administrator to join our team in Khanpur. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. You will work in close collaboration with our IT team to ensure that all databases are properly maintained and optimized for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing backups and disaster recovery plans
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards and procedures
- Collaborate with IT team to plan for future database growth
- Optimize database performance by analyzing data access patterns and making necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in database administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Database Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SQL language, database design, and data manipulation techniques
- Experience with at least one major relational database management system (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Familiarity with database security protocols and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as Amazon RDS or Microsoft Azure SQL Database
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Biometric passport

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation.
