Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients through various communication channels. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions. Your role will involve actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive online presence and representing the company's brand in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products or services that align with the customer's needs
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues or escalations
- Monitor online reviews and respond to any negative feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant information to customers
- Utilize CRM systems or other tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to adapt style based on the audience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Esbjerg (preference)
