Head Chef


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our high-end restaurant located in Dar Kulaib. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to kitchen staff management and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menus that meet the demands of our diverse clientele
- Oversee all food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Monitor food costs and take necessary measures to reduce waste and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions that showcase your culinary skills

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes that exceed customer expectations

Preferred:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Previous experience working in Bahrain or familiarity with local cuisine

Salary: 1300$ per month
