Restaurant Manager - Bansko (For Malayalees)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bansko. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an asset)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
