We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Plovdiv. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general repair and maintenance tasks on various properties and equipment. This is a full-time position, open to both experienced individuals and those looking for their first job. We welcome applications from all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify repair needs
- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors and windows
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical work as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents or clients regarding any repair concerns or requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role (not required for entry-level applicants)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
