We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. Our company specializes in construction projects and we are looking for an experienced operator to handle various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project plans and instructions
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Coordinate with other team members to complete tasks on time and meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting
- Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions in English or Hebrew (Indian nationals preferred)
- Valid work visa for Israel (visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
