Indian Merchandiser in Atlanta - Visa Sponsorship Available

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Atlanta. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling of products for our company. This includes conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, and creating effective product displays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the retail industry, and be able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer demands
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms
- Create effective product displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for maximizing profits
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail buying
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: $1300 per month
