We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Student Consultant to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As an Online Student Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual guidance and assistance to students seeking information and advice on various academic and career-related topics.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to student inquiries through online chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance on academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid options, and career opportunities
- Assist students with course registration, scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to their academic journey
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university policies, procedures, and resources to effectively support students
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve student issues and concerns
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions with students and maintain accurate records of communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or currently enrolled as a student)
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali (English proficiency is not required)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat software, email platforms, etc.
- Previous experience in student services or counseling is a plus
