Carpenter - Residential Construction (Filipino)

Our residential construction company in Clairvaux is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood. This position is suitable for Filipino nationals with experience in carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders to cut and shape wood
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and shelves
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Proficient in using power tools safely
- Good physical stamina and strength for prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
