Factory Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator for our manufacturing facility in Pula. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of factory machinery to ensure the efficient production of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various factory machines including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, and presses
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines and perform basic repairs as needed
- Ensure proper set up and calibration of machines before production runs
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Factory Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different types of factory machinery and their operation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work in shifts as needed

Salary: 1600$ per month

City: Pula
