Information Security Analyst


Our growing company in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. You will work closely with our IT department to identify and mitigate potential security risks, implement security protocols, and monitor for any security breaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as experience with risk assessment and incident response.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments of our information systems
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect against potential threats
- Monitor for any security breaches or suspicious activity
- Investigate any reported incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Train employees on proper security procedures and awareness
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security analysis or a related role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing security protocols
- Knowledge of incident response procedures
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
