Finisher Assistant


We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Finisher Assistant to join our team in Washington. As a Finisher Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced finishers to complete various finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting. This position is suitable for men from Pakistan who are fluent in English and do not have any prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist finishers with sanding, staining, and painting tasks
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections
- Mix and apply finishes according to specifications
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for flaws or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines when handling tools and materials

Requirements:
- Must be a male from Pakistan with basic English proficiency
- No prior experience in finishing is required as training will be provided on the job
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
