Finisher (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Washington DC. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches and treatments to completed products. Your main goal will be to ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to determine finishing requirements
- Use various tools and techniques such as sanding, painting, staining, and polishing to achieve desired finish on product
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Proficient in using various finishing tools and techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Indian nationality preferred
