Elevator Installer

As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings in Las Vegas. Your role will involve working with a team to ensure that elevators are installed safely and efficiently, as well as conducting regular maintenance and repairs to ensure their proper functioning. This position requires strong technical skills, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in elevator installation and hold relevant certifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators in buildings according to blueprints and manufacturer's instructions
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation process
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing elevators to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform repairs on elevators as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work done on elevators
- Communicate with building owners/managers regarding elevator status and any necessary repairs or replacements
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to elevator installation and maintenance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in elevator installation preferred
- Relevant certifications such as National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) Certification or Certified Elevator Technician (CET) Certification
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Physical stamina for working at heights and lifting heavy equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members, building owners/managers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility for occasional overtime or emergency repairs
