Civil Engineer


We are a leading engineering firm in Lisbon seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee construction projects, including roads, buildings, bridges, and other structures
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
- Prepare detailed project plans and estimates
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs and blueprints
- Ensure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide technical advice as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is preferred but not required)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

This position is based in Lisbon. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
