Entry Level Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faro. As an essential member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software applications. This is a full-time job opportunity with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Provide technical support for users via phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with other team members to identify root causes of technical problems and implement solutions
- Keep detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & Mac), and common software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Must be able to legally work in Faro without visa sponsorship
