Administrative Assistant

We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time-management skills are required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month (without accommodation).
