Floral Designer - Bansko, Bulgaria

We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As the floral designer, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create designs that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

As a floral designer, you must have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent artistic skills. You should also have knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and how to arrange them in different styles. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs
- Create beautiful floral arrangements based on client preferences
- Order flowers from suppliers and ensure they are of high quality
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when necessary
- Design arrangements for special occasions such as weddings and events
- Arrange delivery of orders to clients in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer is preferred but not required
- Excellent artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and arrangement techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client preferences and make recommendations
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Fluent in English (Malayalam language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Bulgaria
