Job Title: Java Developer


Our growing tech company in the beautiful Faroe Islands is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software applications. You will work closely with our project managers and other developers to ensure the highest quality of code and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and create new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java development
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Test and deploy software solutions to ensure functionality and user satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remote work available for candidates outside of Faroe Islands.
