We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain customer satisfaction
- Train and develop new sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management on performance and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
