Data-Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data-Analytics Specialist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Data-Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns, as well as providing insights and recommendations for business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for decision making
- Continuously monitor data quality and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working hours:
Full time (40 hours per week)
