Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in the food industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Portuguese cuisine is preferred but not required
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
