We are seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant located in the beautiful city of Funchal, Portugal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including financial management, customer service, and staff supervision. Your experience in the food and beverage industry will be crucial in ensuring high-quality service and maintaining a positive reputation for our establishment.

Your responsibilities will include creating work schedules for staff, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees to provide excellent service to our guests.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position. A valid work permit or Portuguese citizenship is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month without accommodation. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and ticket to Portugal for the selected candidate.
