As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects. This includes sanding, painting, and applying finishing touches to ensure the highest quality output. You will work closely with our production team to meet deadlines and maintain our high standards of craftsmanship.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Proven ability to work with various tools and equipment used in finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and repairing any imperfections
- Apply paint or other finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Ensure consistency in color and texture across all finished products
- Inspect finished products for any defects or flaws and make necessary touch-ups
- Communicate with production team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
