A Finisher is responsible for the final stages of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are ready for delivery. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, has a good eye for aesthetics, and is able to work independently.

As a Finisher, you will be expected to have strong knowledge of different finishing techniques and be able to use various tools and equipment to achieve the desired results. You may also be required to mix and apply stains or paints according to specific instructions. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will need to carefully inspect each product for any imperfections before it is sent out.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should also have physical stamina as this role may involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
