Senior Construction Manager


As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in La-Condamine. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for each project.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Monitor progress on construction sites and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Review project designs and provide feedback to architects/engineers.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on project status, including budget updates and potential risks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project).
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: 1100$ per month (with accommodation)
