Logistic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials for our company. Your main duties will include overseeing shipments, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in logistics management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule shipments
- Monitor shipment progress and track delivery schedules
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each shipment
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading/unloading of goods
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities
- Work closely with customs agents to handle international shipments
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during shipments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with customs regulations for international shipments is a plus
