Office Assistant
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will also assist with various tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Perform data entry tasks and update company databases
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

The job is located in Jerusalem, Israel. Visa sponsorship may be available for non-Israeli citizens.
