We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an English-speaking Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content such as forums, social media platforms, and live chats. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, suitable for men with experience in moderation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online content for any violations of community guidelines or terms of service
- Take appropriate action to remove or flag inappropriate content
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Work closely with the team to develop and enforce community guidelines
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and issues in the online community

Requirements:
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in content moderation is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for visa purposes
