We are a well-established construction company looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Shan. Our ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson with experience in plastering and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using various tools and techniques
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco, texture coating, or ornamental plaster
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster
- Mix and apply different types of plaster, including traditional lime-based or modern acrylic-based plasters
- Follow safety precautions while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as required
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
