Plasterer for Residential and Commercial Buildings in Shan, China


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Shan, China. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them for plaster application
- Measure and mix ingredients to create the right consistency of plaster
- Apply plaster using various tools such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage of plaster
- Create decorative designs or textures as requested by clients
- Repair any damaged or cracked areas of existing plaster
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plasterer in residential or commercial settings
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials as required
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Previous experience working on construction sites in China
- Certification or training in plastering techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
