Indian Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As an Indian Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining inventory and financial records, and creating and implementing marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor financial records and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in managing budgets and financial records
- Ability to train and motivate staff effectively
Salary: $1500 per month + accommodation. This is a full-time position with own visa required.
