Job Title: Merchandising Specialist


The Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the visual presentation and layout of products in our retail stores in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset to create visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales. This is a contract job, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement display strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and ensure consistency across all locations
- Create eye-catching displays by arranging products in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of products
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions on product selection and placement
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed
- Analyze sales data to track the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, trends, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Filipino nationality preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month
