Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist looking for a challenging and rewarding contract position? Look no further! Our architectural firm in St-Petersburg is seeking a talented individual to join our team.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, to assist architects in creating and implementing building designs. Your attention to detail and knowledge of building codes and regulations will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our designs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the design process.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects to develop building designs that meet client requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate drawings
- Communicate with contractors and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects while meeting deadlines

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. The duration of the contract will depend on the project needs. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
