As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter
- Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using a computerized point-of-sale system
- Accept cash, credit, and debit card payments from customers
- Count money in the register at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accurate balance
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services offered in the store
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience as a cashier is required, but previous customer service experience is preferred
- Must be able to work full-time hours on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for counting money and making change without the use of a calculator.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
