A construction company in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with proven success in managing large-scale projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare reports for upper management outlining project status, progress, budget updates, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with different stakeholders
